The Tompkins Center is a place for women.

The center offers gynecologic care and treatment to women of all ages in a quiet and relaxing environment. The Tompkins Center specializes in pelvic and sexual health including painful sex, vaginismus, vulvar and vaginal disorders, loss of sexual desire or low libido. We offer a wide range of treatment options for menopause symptoms including hormone therapy and non-hormonal treatment alternatives as well. We offer a safe space for pain and trauma free exams including the options for analgesia or anesthesia when appropriate. Screening for genetic disorders is available for all women.

Conditions commonly treated include:

• Menopause hot flashes and other complaints
• Painful sex
• Low libido
• Anorgasmia
• Vaginal dryness
• Chronic vaginal infections
• Vulvar disorders including Lichen Sclerosus and vulvodynia
• Urinary leakage and interstitial cystitis (bladder pain)
• Pelvic floor dysfunction
• Weight gain
